According to Idel.Realii, the charges under the article on the rehabilitation of Nazism are related to a repost in her Telegram channel made in June 2024 and dedicated to the Day of Remembrance and Mourning on 22 June. The investigation believes that the woman, through her publication, formed a negative attitude towards the commemorative events and advocated not to participate in them. It is likely that this is a repost of a message from the telegram channel "Alina Lushavina | Voice of Freedom", which said: "Since when did we start laying flowers on 22 June? We are the country that defeated fascism. We should strengthen with our consciousness the day of victory of our people on 9 May, but not go in formation and lay flowers on the day when fascists attacked. Do you realise that when flowers are laid on the day of mourning, there is an amplification of the events of this day?". Under the article on knowingly false reporting of a terrorist attack, Lazaricheva is charged with two posts published in her Telegram channel in November 2024 with "knowingly false reports of actions that create a risk of death." Presumably, these are posts in which she wrote that the cities of Bashkortostan were threatened with nuclear strikes, and the authorities allegedly adopted "a law on mass burial back in 2021" due to the threat of bombings.

On 17 September 2025, she was searched in the case of rehabilitation of Nazism and false report of a terrorist attack.
