The reason for the initiation of the case was a conversation in the smoking room, during which Lazutin became nervous and started shouting "morons" and "cannon fodder" in relation to the participants of the war in Ukraine. In December 2023, the security guard was fined 30,000 rubles under the administrative article on discrediting the use of the Russian armed forces (Part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) due to a certain video in the social network "Odnoklassniki".

Full summary
A security guard at the "Lukoshko" market in Khanty-Mansiisk. On 28 February 2024, he was detained as part of a case of discrediting the armed forces of the Russian Federation, the reason for which was an emotional conversation in the smoking room. Presumably, he was placed under house arrest. On 10 April 2025, Lazutin was sentenced to a year's imprisonment in a general regime colony. Presumably, he was released in February 2026.
