Case summary
A security guard at the "Lukoshko" market in Khanty-Mansiisk. On 28 February 2024, he was detained as part of a case of discrediting the armed forces of the Russian Federation, the reason for which was an emotional conversation in the smoking room. Presumably, he was placed under house arrest. On 10 April 2025, Lazutin was sentenced to a year's imprisonment in a general regime colony. Presumably, he was released in February 2026.
