Full wording of the charges
According to the investigation, in April 2024 in the premises of a bar in the village of Krasnoe in the Nenets Autonomous District, in the presence of other visitors, he shouted slogans of a Nazi organisation, and on one of the social networks he posted a publication aimed at discrediting the use of Russian Federation state agencies' powers outside the territory of Russia, and a video containing calls to carry out activities against the security of the Russian Federation. In September 2022, Ledkov was fined 50 thousand rubles under the administrative article on discrediting the Russian army (part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the Administrative Code). In the court’s opinion, the young man put a stencil with the words “No to war” on the wall of the building. In January 2024, Ledkov was fined two thousand rubles under the administrative article on the demonstration of Nazi symbols (Article 20.3 of the Administrative Code) for the publication of “an image against the background of which elements of Nazi symbols are displayed, namely on the buttonholes of a tunic: on the left – a stylised lightning bolt (runic ‘zigs’, runes ‘Zig’), and on the right – three checkers with a stripe, the title ‘Hauptsturmführer’ or ‘Obersturmführer’ of the SS, and an iron cross” (possibly a collage using a frame with the singer Shaman).

Full summary
A resident of the Nenets Autonomous District. In January 2024, officials came to his home due to insulting the singer Shaman: Ledkov was accused of reposting a photo from the singer's music video, accompanying it with Nazi symbols. Apparently, this was the reason for drawing up a protocol under the administrative article on demonstration of Nazi symbols (Article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences). On 25 January Ledkov was fined two thousand rubles under this article. On 26 June 2024, his home was searched and he was taken in handcuffs for questioning. The next day it became known that a case was initiated against him for repeated demonstration of Nazi symbols, discrediting the Armed Forces and calling for activities against the security of the Russian Federation. On 29 May 2025, he was sentenced to five and a half years in a general regime penal colony.
