Case summary

Resident of Murom. On April 4th, 2024, he was detained and taken into custody. He was prosecuted for calls to extremism due to his calls for violence against officials and employees of the Federal Guard Service (FSO) and for possession of drugs (we have no grounds to consider this particular charge as politically motivated). On September 19th, 2024, he was sentenced to a year and ten months in a colony settlement for calls to extremism. On November 13th, 2024, he was sentenced on the drug possession case to three years and three months in a general regime colony, taking into account the previous sentence. In March 2025, a case of confidential cooperation with foreigners was brought against him: according to the investigation, he sent photos of cars with Z-symbolics to a certain group in Telegram. On August 21st, 2025, Loktev was sentenced to five years in a general regime colony.
