Case summary
Resident of Moscow. On 16 September 2024, he was searched. After the interrogation, he became ill and was taken to hospital. The next day the court sent him to custody on charges of confidential co-operation with foreigners. At the hearing, the investigation provided a certificate that Makarkin does not suffer from diseases incompatible with detention. However, Makarkin was diagnosed with varicose veins and poor blood clotting.
