According to the court, from September 2012 to November 2017 in Smolensk, the defendant created and managed an unregistered religious association of citizens with the purpose of disseminating and professing the teachings of Abdullaev F.M. - the religious group "Elle-Ayat" ("Alla-Ayat")* - an occult structure of pseudo-healing orientation, the activity of which is associated with causing harm to the health of citizens. The defendant disseminated and professed the said doctrine to a wide range of citizens from among the residents of Smolensk and Smolensk region by means of oral propaganda and using the Internet. She provided her flat in Smolensk to carry out the activities of the unregistered religious association, as well as constantly carried out organisational activities related to determining the time of the association's meetings, planning their course and content, and storing literature and other media promoting the doctrine.
