Full wording of the charges
The reason for the initiation of a criminal case was an anti-war publication on VKontakte. The previous similar publication was the reason for an administrative case for discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation (article 20.3.3 of the Administrative Code): On 29 April Mansurov came out with an anti-war picket to the building of the administration of Naberezhnye Chelny, the police detained him and drew up a report under the article on discrediting the Russian army (part 1 of article 20.3.3.3 of the CAO) because of the publication in "VKontakte". On 4 May, the court found him guilty, the punishment is unknown.
