According to the investigation, from February to December he posted publications aimed at discrediting the Russian Army in one of the social networks. In October, he was fined 30,000 under a similar administrative article (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences) because of a publication in the Odnoklassniki social network "about the presence of neo-Nazism in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation".
