According to the investigation, in a state of intoxication caused by alcohol consumption, realising his criminal intent, grossly violating the norms of public morality, expressing clear disrespect for the defenders of the Fatherland, including Sh.., who died while carrying out tasks during the special military operation in the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Lugansk People's Republic and Ukraine, cynically disregarding the norms of morality, expressing clear disrespect for society, with hooligan motives, intent on damaging, defacing and desecrating the poster commemorating those who died during the special military operation in the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Lugansk People's Republic and Ukraine, in particular Sh., being an object perpetuating the memory of those who died in defence of the Fatherland and its interests during the special military operation in the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Lugansk People's Republic and Ukraine, placed for the view of others on the facade of E.'s house, located at <address>, with the aim of causing damage to its historical and cultural significance, being aware of the unlawfulness of his actions and wishing to cause socially dangerous consequences in the form of causing damage to the historical and cultural significance of the said object, and its damage, acting intentionally, climbed over the fence of the front garden of the house located at <address>, approached the facade of the specified house, on which was fixed a poster with the inscription: «To the Hero of Russia», as well as a color image of the son of E. — Sh., who died while carrying out tasks during a special military operation on the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic and Ukraine, and using the muscle power of his hands, tore the poster into at least six fragments.
