Case summary

A resident of Vladivostok, he worked as a security guard. In January 2023, he was fined under two administrative charges - "discrediting" the army (Part 1, Article 20.3.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences) and on "petty hooliganism" (Part 3, Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences) - 30,000 rubles for each due to posts in social media platform Odnoklassniki. In one of the posts, Mironenko, according to the court jugement, insulted the honour and dignity of the president as a representative of Russian state authority. At the hearing, he explained that he had published the post in an emotional state related to the ‘special military operation’ and mobilisation.

Later, he was charged with discrediting the Russian Armed Forces; the details of the case remain unknown. In April 2025, the case was submitted to court. On 14 May 2025, Mironenko received a suspended sentence of one and a half years.
