In the public group he created "Barnaul of a Healthy Man", later renamed "BarnaulZaSvoboda", he repeatedly posted a message, as well as a link to a file with similar content to the messages under the title "Useful for a rally.docx" with a quick search mark (hashtag), the text of which, according to the conclusion of a linguistic forensic examination, contains statements of an incitement nature, calling on citizens among the visitors of the above group to commit hostile (including violent) actions at the rally, associated with an attack on members of the mobile special purpose unit of the Federal Service of National Guard Forces, resisting them, including the use of certain techniques, means, objects against the riot police officers, accompanied by the use of the Russian Federation Criminal Code, Article 212 of the Russian Federation Criminal Code. Article 212 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, accompanied by violence, pogroms, arson, destruction of property, use of other substances and objects posing a danger to others and participation in them, as well as calls for violence against citizens, during unauthorised public protest events in the form of a rally and a procession, the purpose of which was to draw the attention of others to a problem of a socio-political nature, namely to express support for Navalny and protest against the policies of the current State authorities and the President of the Russian Federation.
