According to the investigation, being "disagreeable with the policy" of Vladimir Putin and twice - in July and November 2023 - on his personal page in the social network Odnoklassniki "expressed a negative attitude" to the war in Ukraine in the form of a video (according to another version - an image) with a "negative characterisation of the goals and nature of the use" of the Russian Armed Forces. In January 2023, Mityuk was fined 30,000 rubles under the administrative article on discrediting the army (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences) because of a picture in which a swastika was shown merged with the letter Z.
