Против него в РФ возбудили дело об организации и финансировании деятельности «нежелательной» организации из-за того, что он продолжил осуществлять организацию деятельности церкви после объявления ее «нежелательной» и собирал деньги на ее функционирование. 19 мая 2026 года его, предположительно, заочно арестовали.
