According to the investigation team, while in his office in the village of Saryg-Sep, he watched the video clip in question. Being reliably informed that the activities of the NGO ACF were recognised as extremist and banned on the territory of Russia, sharing the views of the organisation, he decided to finance it. Between October 7, 2021 and January 7, 2022, he subscribed to a systematic donation and, using the bank card of his wife (who was unaware of his criminal intentions), transferred funds in four transactions to the organisation's account opened with a bank in the United States. The total amount of the transfers totalled RUB 1,200.
