Case summary

A resident of Nizhny Novgorod, an activist and teacher. A criminal case was opened against him for discrediting the Russian army. After a search, Miaskovskii was taken to the police station, where a report was filed against him under Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences (failure to comply with a lawful order of a police officer). The stated reason was that he had allegedly failed to identify himself to the police. Miaskovskii was later arrested for three days.

On December 22, 2023, in the criminal case, Miaskovskii was sentenced to a fine of 250,000 rubles.
