Case summary
A resident of Nizhny Novgorod, an activist and teacher. A criminal case was opened against him for discrediting the Russian army. After a search, Miaskovskii was taken to the police station, where a report was filed against him under Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences (failure to comply with a lawful order of a police officer).
