The said comment was directed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation for the purposes of protecting the interests of the Russian Federation and its citizens, and maintaining international peace and security, including public calls to hinder the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation for those purposes, as well as aimed at discrediting the execution by state authorities of the Russian Federation of their powers outside the territory of the Russian Federation for those purposes. Furthermore, at an unspecified time, in the continuation of his criminal actions, while at his residence at …, Naberezhnye Chelny … (new part …), acting with a single criminal intent, using the mobile phone “Samsung Galaxy A33 5G”, IMEI …, and having access to the information and telecommunication network “Internet”, and using his personal account “Ravchik” (network address: https://t.me/Ravchik22, ID 1154444702), he posted in the Telegram application, in the public group “Prankota ? chat ????” (network address: https://t.me/prankota_chat), which is publicly accessible to any user of the information and telecommunication network “Internet”, a comment in the form of statements aimed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation (Russian military personnel), characterised as criminal and related to the conduct of the special military operation in the territory of Ukraine, stating: "Trust a non-Russian the borders of Russia ahahahahahahah". The said comment was directed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation for the purposes of protecting the interests of the Russian Federation and its citizens, and maintaining international peace and security, including public calls to hinder the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation for those purposes, as well as aimed at discrediting the execution by state authorities of the Russian Federation of their powers outside the territory of the Russian Federation for those purposes. The said comment was directed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation for the purposes of protecting the interests of the Russian Federation and its citizens, and maintaining international peace and security, including public calls to hinder the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation for those purposes, as well as aimed at discrediting the execution by state authorities of the Russian Federation of their powers outside the territory of the Russian Federation for those purposes. In February 2024, Nabiullin was fined 30,000 rubles under an administrative article on discrediting the army. Then he called a Russian military officer an orc in a group chat on VKontakte.
