According to the court, the defendant, living in the Republic of Bashkortostan and being aware that the activities of a religious organisation and a charitable foundation from another state had been recognised as undesirable non-governmental organisations on the territory of the Russian Federation by a decision of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation as posing a threat to the foundations of the constitutional order of the Russian Federation, the defence capacity of the country, or the security of the state, from December 2022 to February 2023 repeatedly used the Sberbank Online mobile app to transfer money totalling 3,500 rubles. The money was intended to support the activities of the above-mentioned organisations.
