As established by both the preliminary investigative authorities and the court during the course of judicial proceedings, between 2012 and 2022 a “cell” of the non-governmental organisation – the All-Ukrainian Spiritual Centre Revival Religious Organisation – together with the Vladimir Muntean Charitable Foundation Revival, comprised of supporters and adherents of Vladimir Muntean, commenced its activities in Moscow and the wider Moscow region. These activities were carried out without the requisite registration with the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation for the city of Moscow, despite the group’s members being active within the Moscow region. It was further established that a resident of the town of Asbest, using her own internet-enabled communication devices, including a mobile telephone, engaged on multiple occasions in correspondence via messaging applications and social networking platforms with V. Muntean and with unidentified individuals involved in the operations of the aforementioned foreign non-governmental organisation. In the course of this communication, she was provided with bank card details, which she then used to transfer financial resources in order to support the activities of the organisation. The total value of these transfers amounted to 81,735 roubles.
