Case summary
A resident of St. Petersburg, originally from the Saratov region. On 2 October 2025, he was detained in a case of vandalism over the inscription "Peace to the World" in the city centre: he left one of them at the house 115 on Fontanka Embankment and the second one near Liteiny Bridge from the Arsenalnaya Embankment. After the arrest, he was released on his own recognisance.
