Case summary
Resident of the Orenburg region. In March 2026, a telegram channel linked to law enforcement officials reported that a case had been opened against him for financing extremist activities. In the video, a man with a blacked-out face says he transferred 300 roubles (≈3 US dollars) to an extremist organisation. Apparently, this is the Anti-Corruption Foundation.
