According to the investigation, being aware that, in accordance with Russian law, a non-profit organisation had been liquidated in connection with extremist activities involving violation of human and civil rights and freedoms, harm to public order, public security, the legitimate interests of individuals and legal entities, society and the state, and creating a real threat of such harm, he transferred funds from his bank account to a special account intended to finance the activities of a non-profit organisation.
