In the court's view, in August 2021, while in the town of Dolinsk, K.—as a supporter of the non-profit organisation Anti-Corruption Foundation (FBK) who shared its core ideas and was aware that the organisation had been recognised as an extremist organisation and liquidated—viewed a video posted on the internet in which unidentified individuals stated that the extremist activities of the said organisation were continuing and required funding. Acting intentionally for the purpose of transferring funds and using an unidentified device, K. followed a link under the video knowingly intended for the financing of the extremist activities of the FBK, and subsequently set up automatic monthly donations of 300 roubles to the extremist organisation by entering his bank card details into a payment form provided on the website. At the same time, as part of this automatic subscription, K. transferred a sum of 300 roubles. As a result of setting up the said automatic monthly donation, further funds were transferred from K.’s account for the purpose of supporting the activities of an extremist organisation: 300 roubles in September 2021 and 300 roubles in October 2021. Thus, by linking an automatic monthly donation to his bank account to support the activities of an extremist organisation, and having had the opportunity to cancel these donations, K. transferred funds in the total amount of 900 roubles between 5 August 2021 and 5 October 2021.
