According to the version of the law enforcers, a resident of the city of Apatity, Murmansk region, born in 1972, who had no permanent source of income and had not previously been criminally prosecuted, being in the region, in the period from August to December 2021, being a supporter of the activities of an international non-profit organisation, despite its official ban on the territory of the Russian Federation, consciously and deliberately carried out its financial support. Knowing that the activities of this organisation were recognised as extremist and banned by a court decision, the accused made eight money transfers from his own bank account to the accounts of this structure. The total amount of the transferred funds totalled 2,400 roubles.
