Case summary
A resident of Komsomolsk-on-Amur. On 15 February 2024, he was searched and afterwards placed in custody in the case of discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. On 19 April, the preventive measure was changed to a ban on certain actions. On 6 September 2024, Pankov was sentenced to a fine of 250 thousand rubles, the amount was reduced to 50 thousand taking into account the time spent in custody. On 12 November 2024, the court of appeal changed the amount of the fine to 300 thousand rubles, reduced to 100 thousand and released Pankov from punishment due to the expiration of the statute of limitations.
