Case summary
A resident of Crimea. In June 2023, he was detained and sent to custody on 27 June. A case of cooperation on a confidential basis with foreigners was opened against him: according to the investigation, together with a fellow countryman, he collected and passed data on the movement of Russian military equipment to the SBU. On 4 June 2024, Pastashchuk was sentenced to six years in a general regime colony.
