Full wording of the charges
The reason for the case was a certain entry in "VKontakte". In March 2022, Patsiashvili was fined 40,000 rubles under the administrative article on discrediting the army. According to the ruling of the Sovetsky District Court of Tambov, he, being the administrator of the "Philosopher's Stone" blog on VKontakte, wrote: "The Russian Ministry of Defence claims that it was "Banderaites" who set fire to the nuclear power plant in Zaporozhye. Nothing dumber can be invented. Every Ukrainian understands that in case of an explosion from radiation the whole Ukraine will suffer. But the radiation may not reach Putin's bunker. Therefore, it is quite obvious that the Ukrainians could not have set the plant on fire.
