Case summary
On September 29th, 2022, Alexander left an empty bottle with a note inside it next to a military recruiting office. At first, it was reported that the note contained a certain message opposing the mobilization, but later it turned out that the note was about the intention to blow up the recruiting office. After his arrest, Pogudin said that he aimed to frighten the office employees and thus put a stop to the moblization. Pogudin was detained. In April, 2023, the measure of restriction for him was changed to prohibition of certain actions. On July 19th, 2023, Pogudin was sentenced to one year and four months of restrictions of freedom and discharged due to serving of punishment.
