Alexander Pogudin

According to the investigation, Pogudin left an empty bottle with a note outside of a military recruitment office. Initially it was reported that the note contained some text against mobilization, but later it turned out that the note contained the intention to blow up the recruitment office. At first Pogudin was charged with knowingly false report of explosion and arson to destabilize the authorities (Part 3 of Article 207 of the Criminal Code), but then it became known that he was charged with knowingly false report of an explosion of an object of social infrastructure (Part 2 of Article 207 of the Criminal Code). The court reclassified the charge to Part 1 of Article 207 of the Criminal Code since a military recruitment office is not an object of social infrastructure.
