According to the investigation, during February 2023, he posted "discrediting information posts about the actions of the Russian Armed Forces" on his social media page, including a post on the anniversary of the beginning of the war. Among the evidence of guilt are subscriptions to certain "Nazi news Telegram channels". In July 2022, he was fined 35,000 rubles under the administrative article on discrediting the Russian army (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences) because of an anti-war solitary picket held shortly before.
