In the court's opinion, Pushkin, knowingly knowing that the NGO FBK had been recognised by the court as an extremist organisation and liquidated, subscribed to donations to this organisation and transferred funds to the FBK account in four equal payments of 877 roubles each. By his actions Pushkin S. committed the provision of funds knowingly intended to support the activities of an extremist organisation.
