Case summary
Moscow-based entrepreneur, founder of the travel agency Chip Travel (LLC ChAO Travel) and the real estate agency Chip Agency; was editor-in-chief of the website Event.ru. On 30 August 2025, the court remanded him in custody on the case of financing extremist activities. The reason for the prosecution was FBK donations. On 2 December 2025 Regush was sentenced to three and a half years in a general regime colony.
