Case summary
A former coordinator of Navalny’s штаб in Tambov. In October 2023, she was included in the register of “foreign agents”. In July 2024, it became known that Rudakova had been placed on the wanted list. A criminal case was initiated against her for evading the performance of the duties of a “foreign agent”.
On 8 October 2025, the court sentenced her to a fine of 80,000 roubles.
On 17 March 2026, Rudakova was convicted in absentia in a similar case and sentenced to a fine of 150,000 roubles. The grounds for the prosecution this time were the failure to submit “foreign agent” reports to the Ministry of Justice.
