Case summary
Resident of the Murmansk city, employee of the Federal Penitentiary Service. At first, he worked as a head of the communal welfare and economic support in penal colony No. 17 in Murmansk, and was in charge of procurement. Later, he became a teacher and teaches at educational institution No. 29 owned by the Federal Penitentiary Service, where inmates are trained in working professions. A case was brought against him for financing an "undesirable" organisation: according to the investigation, he transferred money to distribute the newspaper Sokrovennik, which is used by members of the religious organisation AllatRa to spread their ideas. In February 2025, the case went to court. On 13 May 2025 Sadigov was sentenced to one and a half years of forced labour.
