Case summary

In March 2021, a case was initiated over the dismantling of "disabled" signs in Timashevsk (Krasnodar Territory). On 31 August 2021, Shamardin was taken into custody. On 27 June 2022, Shamardin was released, but on 2 November he was again taken into custody - the judge considered that he violated the order of the court session. On 16 November 2022, Shamardin was sentenced to two and a half years in a penal colony. On 9 April 2023, he was released.
