According to the investigation, "acting with a criminal intent to commit public actions aimed at discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, who protect the interests of the Russian Federation and its citizens and maintain international peace and security. His address is: <address>, mkr. Raduga <address>. He displayed a negative attitude towards the actions of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in carrying out a special military operation on the territory of Ukraine, felt hostility, and was brought for a similar legal offence on DD.MM.YYYY, and was accused of a similar offence. On March 6th 2023, Shesterov was fined 30 thousand rubles under the administrative article on discrediting the army (Article 20.3.3 of the CAO) because he "publicly expressed phrases" — "glory to Ukraine", "No to war", "Russia will lose the war", etc."
