Case summary
Resident of the town of Rezh (Sverdlovsk region). In 2019, participated in protests against the construction of a temple on the territory of the local park near the Drama Theatre. She felled a 120-metre fence enclosing the park.
In the spring of 2022, Smyshlyaeva was fined no less than six times under the administrative article on discrediting the Armed Forces. In May 2022, she left Russia. At that time, she was investigated under the article on "fakes" about the Armed Forces, but the case was not prosecuted.
In March 2024, it became known that a criminal case was initiated against Smyshlyaeva for discrediting the Russian Armed Forces.
