Case summary
A resident of Tatarstan, he had social media pages under the pseudonyms "Sovereign Pavel Alexandrovich Stepanov" and "The Spirit of Truth of All Russia!". A case was brought against him for discrediting the Armed Forces. In August 2023 he was taken into custody. On 24 July 2024 the court appointed him compulsory measures of medical nature (compulsory treatment).
