Case summary

A resident of St. Petersburg, left Russia in 2022. Co-founder and former coordinator of the anti-war community "Russians of Batumi."

In January 2026, the "Paper" publication reported that Sukhanova was prosecuted in the Leningrad region for incitement to activities against the security of the state, caused by a certain 2023 post on the webpage "Russians of Batumi."

The publication wrote that Sukhanova was also prosecuted in the Khabarovsk region, and the reason for the prosecution was, as her relatives reported, "somehow related to the financing of the AFU." There is no other information about this case.
