Case summary

Former coordinator of Navalny's headquarters in Saratov, blogger. On 30 January 2021, Tsibirev was searched as part of a criminal case for violation of sanitary and epidemiological rules in connection with the 23 January action in support of Alexei Navalny. On 27 September Tsibirev was interrogated as an accused of incitement. He was given a covenant not to leave.

Later it became known that Tsibirev left Russia. In July 2024 he was included in the register of "foreign agents". In August 2025, his mother was searched in Rtischev, where he is registered, in a case of discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and evading the duties of a "foreign agent".
