Ai-Tana Tugudina

The case was initiated because of comments under the news about another Altai resident who allegedly intended to assist the special services of Ukraine in the telegram chat "Gorny Altai. Discussion" and the channel "Altai: main news (tös solundar)". According to the investigation, Tugudina, "aware the criminal nature of her actions", posted message negatively criticising the actions of the Russian army in Ukraine. "Mediazona" found a post with the comment "Guys are dying not because of this woman, but because Russia started the war", which was left by the user "Nobody T". In response, a user named "Alena" claimed that "Nobody T" was actually Ay-Tana Tugudina, previously fined under the article about discrediting the army. "Nobody T" wrote: "I was fined for writing that contract soldiers can refuse and not go to fight in Ukraine. I don't want the guys to die. And you, apparently, like that people die, you are fascists." In April 2022, Tugudina was fined 30,000 rubles under the administrative article on discrediting (part 1 of article 20.3.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences) because of her comments in the same chat.
