Case summary
Resident of Gorno-Altaisk. A case of repeated discrediting of the Armed Forces was initiated against her due to comments made under a publication about a woman who allegedly wanted to assist Ukrainian special services. The court sentenced Tugudina to eight months of forced labour. As there is no correctional centre for women in Gorno-Altaisk, Tugudina was supossed to be sent to Biysk. She refused to comply with the court's decision and left Russia.
