Жительница Саратовской области и Адыгеи. В 2023 года ее приговорили к трем годам принудительных работ по делу о краже с проникновением в чужое жилище (оснований считать это дело политическим нет). В марте 2024 года ее задержали по обвинению в конфиденциальном сотрудничестве с иностранцами: по версии следствия, Тульская переписывалась с СБУ, выражала готовность передавать им информацию и обсуждала возможность перехода своего родственника на сторону ВСУ. 24 июля 2024 года Тульскую приговорили к четырем годам колонии общего режима. Уже после вынесения приговора в СМИ было распространено видео, на котором видно, как Тульскую заводят в здание УФСБ Адыгеи.
