Full wording of the charges
The criminal prosecution was based on the organisation of the New Generation pastor conference in Ramenskoye near Moscow in December 2021. Offense reports were drawn up after law enforcement officers came to the meeting and detained about 150 participants. The reports mentioned the International Movement of Christian Churches New Generation as the event organiser although in fact it was held by the Centralised Religious Organisation of Christians of Evangelical Faith (Pentecostals) New Generation, that is registered in Russia.

Full summary
Bishop, holder of the parish of "The Church of Christ the Saviour. New Generation." His premises were searched in August 2022, after which he was taken into custody on charges of organising the activities of an "undesirable" organisation. VK Press claims that Ulitin (or another defendant in the case, Nikolai Bogoslavskii) "created an entire network" in Russia to collect donations for the Ukrainian battalions Azov and Aidar. On 18 July 2023, Ulitin was sentenced to three and a half years in a general regime colony. Presumably, he was released in July 2025.
