Full wording of the charges
The reason for the prosecution was certain publications in a group in VKontakte and the related chat room "Heil Satana", left in March 2023. In December 2022, Valeev was fined 30,000 rubles under the administrative article on discrediting the army (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences) because of the publication of certain "stories" in Telegram.

Full summary
A resident of Feodosia. A case was brought against him for discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. On 2 November 2023, he was sentenced to one and a half years in a penal colony. On 21 December, the appeal court replaced the imprisonment with a year and four months of forced labour. Valeev was supposedly released in April 2025.
