Case summary
A citizen of Ukraine. While in pre-trial detention for attempted murder, he was also prosecuted in a case of discreditation of the use of the Russian Armed Forces. In this case, on July 21, 2023, Vdovichenko was sentenced to a fine of 150 thousand rubles. In January 2024, it became known that another case of discrediting the Armed Forces was brought against Vdovichenko. On March 11, 2024, he was sentenced to a fine of 130 thousand rubles in this case. In the case of attempted murder Vdovichenko was sentenced to six and a half years in a strict regime colony in August 2023. We do not consider this case as politically motivated.
