According to the investigation, in 2023–2024, through an information and telecommunication network on the Internet, she posted entries and materials on her electronic page in a social media platform. These contained statements advocating the necessity of hostile and violent actions against individuals of a national group, images featuring Nazi symbols prohibited by law, as well as materials expressing a negative attitude towards the symbols of the Russian Federation and the actions of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. On 7 June 2023, Venyevtseva was fined 30 thousand roubles under the administrative article on discrediting the army (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences) because of a certain image in Odnoklassniki and one thousand roubles under the administrative article on public display of prohibited symbols because of a picture with a symbol that was interpreted as "the symbol of the Third Reich 'Eagle', Nazi Germany". On 21 June 2023, she was fined 10 thousand roubles under the administrative article on incitement to hatred on ethnic grounds (Article 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences) because of a certain statement in social networks, which included the word "Jews". Venyevtseva claimed that she had not spoken in this way about all Jews, but only about certain representatives of the authorities.
