A resident of Volgograd. In May 2020 it became known that a case was initiated against him because of the publication of a photo of a Nazi criminal on the website of the Immortal Regiment (WW2 memorial march). On 11 January 2022 Vorontsov was sentenced to a fine of 300 thousand rubles.
