According to the investigation, he agreed with a representative of Ukrainian military intelligence and, from November 2022 to February 2023, transmitted information about the socio-economic situation in the republic, residents’ attitudes toward the war, mobilization activities, and other data. He also allegedly painted anti-Russian inscriptions on banners with patriotic symbols supporting the war, which the Ukrainian side later used “for propaganda purposes.”
