Case summary

A resident of Tyumen, engaged in private transportation and flat repairs. No later than February 2021, he was sent under house arrest for his posts on social networks between the rallies on 23 and 31 January in support of Alexei Navalny. According to the version of the investigation, in his entries in social networks he has called for riots. On 28th of April 2021, Zhilin was sentenced to a year of restriction of liberty.
