Case summary
A teacher at a tank school in some large Russian city. Tried to quit. Went to Kazakhstan with his mother. Staff of the school came to the home of his girlfriend. The officer's mother returned to Russia, she and Farhad's father, who are currently divorsed, were summoned for questioning. At the end of March 2023, Ziganshin was detained at the airport in Kazakhstan while trying to fly to Yerevan, but was later released.
