A fire broke out at the Slavyansk oil refinery in the city of Slavyansk-on-Kuban, Krasnodar Krai, following a reported Ukrainian overnight attack, according to the OSINT analysis group ASTRA, citing video published by the monitoring channel Exilenova+.
The fire is at the site of OOO Slavyansk-EKO (the Slavyansk refinery), one of Russia's largest independent oil refineries. The footage was filmed from Shkolnaya Street, about 1.8 km from the refinery.
