The administration of the Taldomsky district in the Moscow region banned the Outline music festival over a 'threat of drone danger,' organizers said on Telegram. The festival was set to begin on July 23 and run for four days.
The lineup for Saturday, July 25, included rappers Khaski and Icegergert, as well as singer Zhanna Aguzarova. The festival grounds featured nine stages, two large art spaces, and installations.
Outline has been held since 2014. It originally took place in Moscow — first in the Mnevnikovskaya floodplain, then at the Karacharovsky Mechanical Plant. In 2016, it was canceled a few hours before opening at the request of Moscow authorities. After several parties were disrupted under various pretexts, the Arma17 promotion team announced it would cease operations in Russia. Since 2023, Outline has been held in Taldomsky district, on the banks of the Dubna River.
The Taldomsky district is in the north of the Moscow region. No Ukrainian drone strikes had previously been reported in this area. In recent days, according to Meduza, strikes hit Wildberries warehouses in other parts of the Moscow region.
