Case summary
In 2011, he was a defendant for involvement in Hizb ut-Tahrir.
In October 2013, he was charged with participation in the activities of an extremist organisation and incitement to hatred for taking part in a car rally with a Hizb ut-Tahrir flag. He left Russia and was placed on the wanted list.
In May 2017, he was arrested in absentia on charges of involvement in Hizb ut-Tahrir.
